Nice try-but no cigar. Methods which you haven't discussed &/or may not know of will also appear & will be added to the mix. Media is anarchy & chaos friendly. Methods or offerings which appeal to web users will thrive. Things which don't appeal to web users won't be used, won't be very popular, won't make money, will disappear. Since the public is changable & feckless, one may not predict exactly what the public will do.
Just to be a devil's advocate here:
1. "disruptive"---empty buzzword. In any event, we already have blogs and websites, which have been doing what you suggest for 15 years, if not more.
2. "targeted CPA / CPC as Contextual Content Revenues" You want to put that in regular people english? I mean, we can end gobbledygook in our lifetimes and we can start that effort here.
But more seriously, advertising agencies and their clients are idiots. They throw ads at websites, newspapers and magazines with little regard for whether people will actually pay attention to them and they repeat ads sometimes as much as half a dozen times an hour on tv and radio, which makes people annoyed with the product manufacturer.
3. Typical endorsement deals. Been going on since the dawn of the printed word.
4. A faulty syllogism, which goes like this:
A: ITunes sells digital goods.
B: People pay ITunes for digital goods.
C: Everybody will now be more willing to pay for digital content.
Nope. He who insists on traditional subscription walls and other dated idiocy will see his advertisers' access to customers truncated. ITunes is an exception to the rule. An anecdote does not make a trend.
5. Cottage Media---you mean like Broadcast.com, and all the other so-called "new media" sites we saw during the tech boom (and bust)?
Back to the crystal ball, burnt pigeon livers, or other divination tools swami.
