Mitt Romney, Meg Whitman and the Failed CEO Campaign
Meg Whitman, Romney and their Fortune 500 crowd implied that their success at Bain, eBay, et al, would translate into a winning campaign. This has not happened. At all.

Like the nagging relative or the smug married friend, this inquiring mind was asking of each of these unmarried couples, "So why aren't you married?"
Anti-free speech campaigns have silenced many groups by discouraging them with convoluted permit processes and unconstitutional regulations. Most valuable public spaces are controlled by one or two individuals.
Palin is one-person reiteration of everything from "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" (early round dismissal?) up through and including "Survivor."
If an undecided voter responded strongly to the yelling from Mitt, Rudy and Palin, and then watched McCain, they were probably disappointed and let-down by McCain.
After the Today Show used video clips of me talking (ranting, to some) about the racist history of the Mormons as a lead-in to Matt Lauer's interview of Mitt Romney, I feel compelled to clarify the obvious.
If anything, the evangelical movement seemed more extreme and paranoid than it did four years ago. See for yourself...
Was racism part of how Republicans came to dominate four decades of presidential politics? Sure. Was racism the primary factor? No.
If it's not racism that's causing the disparity in media treatment of these preachers, then what is it?
it's hard to imagine such a retro feminist viewpoint in the age where the first viable female candidate for president is making waves and headlines.
Last week a mix of water and sanitation experts gathered for World Water Week in Stockholm, Sweden to mull over the world's biggest public health crisis. The problem is that not enough people paid attention.
As imperfect and disorganized as Democrats may be, I am a part of a group of people who wants us to move forward to something greater, no matter how unattainable perfection is.
Obama's record-shattering fundraising was a key piece of his election victory allowing him to not only dominate the airwaves, but to implement his campaign's brilliantly planned field campaign.
In the interest of saving America from bin Laden, we have shown a terrifying willingness to strip away more and more of the founding virtues that make America worth saving in the first place.
If you thought the Republican primary field was a bit of a joke, wait until you get a closer look at the front runners for the vice presidential slot.
How could anyone in their right mind believe that those who authored the founding documents of this country intended that fire power be readily available to morons and maniacs alike?

Hillary and Bill belong in a retirement home. Bill can no longer think sensibly nor can he make political sense. HRc cries whenever challenged, brings out her mother or husband to defend her and does not seem to have the strength, brains or experience she claims. Take the bunch off the stage. They have over-stayed their welcome.
The proof is in, Clinton represents not only the old thinking but the old thinking and political vices of the right wing, namely fear mongering.
Tonight Obama will clean Clinton's clock because of her latest rantings.
If you all needed any further proof that Hillary Clinton's advisors (and perhaps Hillary) has been reading from Rove's playbook,....
Well - here you are!
Hillary Clinton - A smarter (seeming), more eloquent, version of G.W. Bush in a snazzy pantsuit,..
Did you warn Winston Smith? Hillary you are disgusting.
Maybe she's implying that the terrorist attack will come from INSIDE the White House, hmmmm?
What she fails to realize is that Obama can bring all of us together, including Al-Qaeda!
